Production: Album Cover





Looking at Examiners Report 2019

Cross media aspect. Need to show links between the two different products and need to both be on the same level and balanced. Each are worth the same level of marks, and need to compliment each other.

Need an excellent level of convergence and synergy across both products. 

Statement of intent - refer back to the brief

Music videos - use same typeface and font across the products. mention website at end of video. call to action and interactivity. Encourage audience to give opinions and thoughts. Excited to tell story and issues within society. Best work filmed the artist performing the track in different mise-en-scenes. 2 social groups. Editing should meet the pace of the track. 

Online products - consider real world examples of websites. Bespoke photography. Consistent branding.

Reviewing the Brief

Adjustments I need to make to fit the Brief:

- intertextuality (reference to indie culture/another band?)

- inclusion of another social group

- reinforce a clear sense of branding

- 30sec extra audio/visual made for the website (interview/behind the scenes)

- statement of intent

Planning: Fonts

Black Signature, used for the artist's name, across the website and in the music video. Attempt to create brand identity across all of the artist’s products






Coco Sharp, used alongside Black Signature on the website




Colour scheme of predominantly

Green, Purple/Lilac

and

white, blue
